HAPPY LEAP YEAR!

Happy Birthday to everyone who only has their birthdays every four years!

My grandfather always said to my mum that he never liked February and he never liked a leap year.

How do you feel? Do you benefit from one extra day? Did you do anything special this year?

LEO WON THE OSCAR!

CONGRATS LEO!

I have followed and appreciated Leo since I was born. Being brought up in a house where my sisters would have his posters on the wall and 3 copies of video tapes of Titanic and Romeo and Juliet it would be a crime not to be a fan. I tried to wait up until 1:30am but my eyes failed me and i drifted off about 12:30 only to wake up at about 5am to the most amazing news. I think if I would have stayed awake the suspense would have killed me. Luckily Julianne Moore was quick to the point. But I want to talk about what really got me and a lot of other people realising. 

Leo's acceptance speech began by thanking everyone to do with his recent film The Revenant in which he won the oscar for best actor. He thanked his parents and the people who helped him get this achievement. He then went on to describe a more important issue 'Climate change is real, its happening right now'. 

Climate change is a serious issue right now and we all need to come together to support this problem.
